We’re looking for a designer who thinks before designing.

You should be able to move comfortably between political communication, corporate presentations, development-sector campaigns, government proposals, social media and brand identity work, without making everything look the same.

Skills we’re looking for:
- Strong typography, composition and layout fundamentals
- Good visual hierarchy and colour sense
- Social media design across different sectors
- Presentation and proposal design
- Branding and identity design
- Ability to understand context and adapt visual language quickly
- Familiarity with government/public-sector communication
- Comfortable using AI and new creative tools intelligently
- Solid Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign/Figma/Canva skills as relevant

A note on portfolios: Please avoid sending portfolios dominated by obviously AI-generated images or videos. Using AI as part of your process is absolutely fine, but the final work should demonstrate your own design judgement, composition, typography, visual thinking and craft.



We are looking for work that feels intentional and refined, not like raw AI output.

Location: Noida
