Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (LBA) – PEGA Collections

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst (LBA) with strong expertise in PEGA and Collections to support a public sector engagement. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution delivery within a PEGA-based collections environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business analysis activities for PEGA-based collections projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with PEGA architects, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.




• Analyze existing collections processes and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support solution design discussions and validate that proposed PEGA solutions meet business needs.
• Assist with UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.
• Manage stakeholder communications and project reporting.

Mandatory Skills
• Strong experience as a Lead Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in Collections domain (Must Have).
• Hands-on experience working on PEGA implementation projects.
• Robust knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills
• Public Sector project experience.
• Understanding of collections, recoveries, debt management, or customer servicing processes.
• Exposure to PEGA workflow,
