About the Role
Eduzone Group is looking for a Partner Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with our B2B clients and institutional partners. The role involves understanding client business requirements, ensuring successful onboarding and engagement, managing ongoing relationships, resolving concerns, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with business owners, senior management, institutional representatives, and other key decision-makers. The candidate should have a robust relationship-building approach along with good business understanding and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Partner & Client Management
• Manage the complete relationship lifecycle of assigned B2B clients and institutional partners, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, retention, and growth.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with business owners, management teams, HR representatives, institutional heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
• Understand each partner's business objectives, challenges, expectations, and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Regularly communicate with partners to understand their changing needs and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Build long-term relationships with clients rather than focusing only on individual transactions.
Partner Onboarding & Engagement
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new B2B partners and ensure they understand the company's products, services, processes, and value proposition.
