We are looking for an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for one of our esteemed client to lead the HR function for a large, growing promoter-driven manufacturing organization undergoing a significant transformation towards a more professionally managed and scalable enterprise.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who can build systems, strengthen organizational capability and create a strong talent ecosystem.

? Key Responsibilities
• Drive the overall HR strategy and organizational transformation.
• Build scalable HR systems, policies, processes and governance.
• Establish Job Descriptions, KRAs, KPIs and a robust Performance Management System (PMS).
• Strengthen talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and leadership development.
• Build performance-driven compensation and rewards frameworks.
• Drive organization design, workforce planning and capability development.
• Strengthen employee engagement,



culture and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead HR digitalization and HRMS/process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with the Promoters, MD and senior leadership on critical people and organizational decisions.
• Oversee Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and HR compliance.

? Ideal Candidate
• 20+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant senior leadership exposure.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Experience across both promoter-driven and professionally managed organizations.
• Proven track record of building and professionalizing HR systems and processes.
• Solid experience in PMS, KRA/KPI frameworks, talent management and employee retention.
• Experience supporting organizations through growth, transformation and scale-up.
• Strong business acumen with a hands-on and execution-oriented approach.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution
