Role Description
The Branch Manager role is a senior, full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role is responsible for the overall performance, sales growth, and day-to-day management of the branch. This includes leading the sales and telesales functions, monitoring business performance, driving revenue targets, and ensuring effective execution of the company’s sales strategy.
The Branch Manager will lead managers and frontline teams, review sales pipelines and conversions,



establish performance targets, monitor productivity, resolve escalations, and ensure strong coordination across teams. The role requires hands-on leadership with a strong understanding of real estate sales, customer acquisition, team performance, and business development.

Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, and team/branch management.
• Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large sales teams.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, lead management, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
