The Business Development Associate will support the growth of the company's real estate portfolio in the UAE by identifying and qualifying current acquisition and partnership opportunities. Working closely with senior developers, investors, and brokerage partners, the associate conducts market and financial analysis, prepares proposals, and assists in negotiations to secure deals that align with strategic objectives. The role owns the end‑to‑end pipeline for assigned segments, ensures timely due‑diligence coordination, and provides regular market intelligence to inform senior leadership. Strong stakeholder interaction and independent decision‑making are required to drive revenue and expand the firm’s presence in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new property acquisition leads across residential, commercial, and mixed‑use sectors.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial feasibility studies for prospective projects.
• Prepare and deliver pitch decks, investment memoranda, and detailed proposals to prospective partners and investors.




• Negotiate lease, sale, or joint‑venture terms with property owners, developers, and brokerage firms.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities, gathering legal, financial, and technical documentation for senior review.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to track pipeline stages, forecast revenue, and report progress.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction closure and handover.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and government agencies.
• Produce weekly market intelligence briefs highlighting trends, pricing movements, and regulatory changes.
