About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who is unusually good at finding things worth talking about, and then writing about them well. Not someone who needs a content brief for every post.
A lot of the best content at Ditto doesn’t start with a brainstorm. It starts with a conversation with someone from claims, something a customer said, an compelling number buried in a sheet, a strong opinion someone on the team has, or something happening on the internet that makes us think, wait, there’s a Ditto angle here.




Your job is to find those things.
You’ll spend a lot of time talking to people across Ditto, understanding how they think, asking better questions, doing your own research, and turning half-formed thoughts into sharp pieces of content.
A large part of the role will involve written social content, particularly LinkedIn and X. But we’re not looking for someone who just “writes posts”.
We want someone who can understand an idea, figure out what is actually interesting about it, develop a point of view and package it in a way people want to read.
Sometimes you’ll get a clear idea. Sometimes someone will give you three sentences and say, “There’s probably something here.” Sometimes you’ll have to find the story yourself.
That last one matters a lot.
