? Who are we looking for?Someone who:
• Has a strong startup mindset
• Understands Gen Z content & social media trends
• Can create Reels, posts, carousels & campaign content
• Can come up with content ideas independently
• Is comfortable taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions
• Wants to build a personal portfolio + startup experience
• Is willing to experiment, fail, learn and execute fast
• Is a student at Lovely Skilled University (LPU)
? Your ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be involved in:
• Content strategy for CreLynk
• Instagram/Reels content
• Carousels & creative posts
• Campaign concepts
• Trend research
• Content calendars
• Brand storytelling
• Community & creator-focused content

• Helping shape CreLynk’s social media identity
⚠️ IMPORTANT — READ THISThis is NOT a paid internship/job.
This is an EQUITY-BASED opportunity.
Paid compensation will begin once CreLynk starts generating revenue, subject to the role, contribution, and mutually agreed terms.
There is no salary or stipend during the initial evaluation period.
? 1-WEEK EVALUATIONEveryone starts with a 1-week evaluation period.
During this week, we’ll evaluate:
Creativity • Consistency • Execution • Ownership • Communication • Startup mindset
If there is a strong fit after the evaluation, we’ll discuss the equity-based role and long-term involvement with CreLynk.
This is for someone who wants to say:
“I helped build this from the beginning.”—not someone looking for a certificate.
