About the position
Hire Pilot is looking for a Sales Representative to sell its recruiting product to freelance recruiters and recruiting agencies.
You will own the full cycle: prospecting, discovery calls and demos, and closing.
The role is 100% remote from India, with flexible schedule, under a freelance (self-employed) contract.
Compensation is commission-based, paid in euros, with a clear and transparent commission structure.
You will work closely with the founders of a fast-growing AI startup, selling a product with a clear differentiator: human-in-the-loop AI, built for the worldwide market and its regulation.
Work is carried out in English; Spanish is also used.

What they'll do
• Identify and prospect freelance recruiters and recruiting agencies through LinkedIn, email, networking and your own contacts.
• Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls and demos.
• Run consultative conversations to understand each prospect's recruiting workflow, pain points and tech stack.
• Present Hire Pilot's value in terms of results: faster time-to-fill, more placements and less manual work.




• Keep CRM records accurate and report on pipeline, conversion and activity.
• Share market feedback with the founders to help refine product and positioning.

Main requirements
• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience selling to, or working within, the HR / recruiting sector.
• Ability to generate your own leads and work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative, credible approach.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time and targets.

Nice to have
• Existing network or client portfolio among recruiting agencies, staffing firms or freelance recruiters.
• Spanish language.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting workflows.
• Experience with SaaS or HR tech products.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools.
