Riveron’s Talent Acquisition team supports a growing, dynamic business, and strong recruiting operations are critical to our ability to scale while maintaining a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate, you will help ensure the data, systems, and processes behind our recruiting function are accurate, reliable, and built to support the needs of the business.

You will partner closely with the recruiting team, hiring teams, and cross functional stakeholders, with a particular focus on reporting, data integrity, and process execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys bringing structure to complex or evolving processes, and is always looking for ways to make how we work more consistent and efficient.

This role is based in India and will support recruiting efforts across US teams. The position will work a consistent evening/overnight schedule in India aligned with US business hours,



with coverage through at least 2:00 PM PT / 5:00 PM ET (2:30 AM IST during US Daylight Saving Time and 3:30 AM IST during US Standard Time). Candidates should be comfortable working these hours on an ongoing basis, with specific start and end times determined based on team coverage needs.

Who You Are

• 2 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar operational role
• Hands on experience working in an applicant tracking system, including maintaining data, supporting workflows, and ensuring data accuracy; experience with Ashby strongly preferred
• Experience creating and maintaining recruiting reports, tracking key metrics, and working with recruiting data
• Robust proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Highly detail oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and a habit of reviewing and double checking your work
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
