Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager – Operations, Payroll & Wages position based in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, with a compensation range of ₹6–7 LPA. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing, wages administration, compliance with labor laws, and maintenance of accurate employee records. The role will involve managing attendance and leave systems,



handling employee queries related to compensation and advantages, and coordinating with finance and management to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursements. The HR Manager will support recruitment and onboarding processes, implement HR policies, drive performance management cycles, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. Pharma industry experience is preferred, as the role requires understanding of sector-specific HR practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Strong HR operations experience, including payroll management, wages administration, and HRIS or HR software usage.
