Role Overview:
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Delhi and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in furniture, interiors, home décor or luxury retail, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
 Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
 Present and explain Gulmohar Lane’s furniture, décor and lifestyle products, including design, materials, finishes and features.
 Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences, space and budget.
 Handle customer enquiries, walk-ins, leads and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.




 Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, interior designers, architects and other relevant clients.
 Prepare quotations, coordinate orders and ensure timely follow-up until closure and delivery.
 Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
 Coordinate with design, production, merchandising and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
 Maintain showroom presentation and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
 Stay updated on product knowledge, new collections, materials, finishes and design trends.
 Support showroom activities, events and promotional initiatives when required.

Skills & Qualifications:
 Graduate in any discipline; a background in Interior Design, Fashion, Retail, Hospitality or related fields is an advantage.
