We are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Social Media Content & Community Intern who can help us build a strong digital presence, create engaging content, and interact with our growing online community.

What You’ll DoYou will work closely with the founders and brand team to manage TRUEKYSS's day-to-day social media presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
• Develop ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, stories and short-form videos.
• Write captions, hooks, product messaging and social-media copy aligned with the TRUEKYSS brand voice.
• Create Branding Contents based on branding guideliness.




• Create simple graphics and social-media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Edit short-form videos and Reels.
• Follow current beauty, skincare, haircare and social-media trends.
• Research trending audio, formats, memes and content ideas relevant to the brand.
• Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries professionally and quickly.
• Engage with followers and help build an active TRUEKYSS community.
• Monitor customer feedback and highlight important questions or issues to the team.
• Assist with influencer and creator outreach when required.
• Help plan the monthly social-media content calendar.
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views and follower growth.
• Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
