Role Description The Article Assistant role at BizCraft Advisors is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



The Article Assistant will support senior professionals in executing assignments across taxation, audit, compliance, and corporate advisory, including preparing working papers, drafting basic reports, and assisting with client deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching relevant laws and regulations, organizing and analyzing financial data, preparing documentation and filings, and maintaining accurate records in line with firm standards. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, tracking timelines for statutory and regulatory submissions, and contributing to process improvements through meticulous documentation. The Article Assistant will also gain exposure to startup advisory, virtual CFO support, and corporate secretarial work under structured guidance and mentorship.
