We are looking for an energetic and responsible Telecaller to support our insurance sales and customer follow-up activities. Training will be provided, so prior insurance experience is not required.
Preferred Skills: Good Malayalam communication, basic English, basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge, confidence in speaking with customers, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Working setting: Office-based role in Calicut. Insurance product knowledge, calling scripts and basic sales training will be provided.
Compensation: ₹8,000 fixed monthly salary + unlimited incentives based on performance.
