Hitech Formulations is a research-driven CDMO specializing in dermatology and personal care formulations, offering
end-to-end formulation development, clinical validation and scalable manufacturing to leading brands in India and
globally.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to shape Hitech’s next phase of brand, market presence and demand
generation. The mandate is to establish HiTech Formulations as a globally recognized, science- and specialty-led
formulation partner and build a strong market-pull engine across pharmaceutical companies, credible D2C brands
and emerging category leaders.
Working closely with the leadership teams, the Head of Marketing will translate Hitech’s science, formulation expertise
and industry experience into market authority, stronger client relationships and recent business opportunities. (This role
does not involve regular client meetings, that is a function of Sales, However, Ideating and building communication
structures and collaterals will be a part of this role)
What You’ll Own
1. Brand Direction & Approval Authority




• Expression and consistency of the Hitech brand across Pharma and D2C, nationally and globally, ensuring a
unified brand voice and storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Development and quality of all key brand and marketing assets, including capability decks, specialty decks,
scientific content, reports, presentations, website and digital assets.
• Serve as the final brand authority for all outbound communication, with accountability for tone, messaging,
quality and overall brand fit.
2. Content Strategy
• Build and drive a top-of-funnel strategy that strengthens awareness, credibility and inbound demand
through science-led thought leadership and industry-relevant content.
• Build and manage a scalable, cross-platform content engine across website, LinkedIn, PR, events, Instagram
and YouTube, with a unified master content and campaign calendar.
