Cluster Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and supporting MIBL Project activities across an assigned cluster

• Coordinate and oversee implementation of MIBL Project activities across the assigned cluster and ensure timely achievement of project targets.

• Develop and implement field-level work plans in coordination with the Project Manager and field team.

• Mobilize communities and facilitate meetings, awareness activities, trainings, and other project interventions.

• Supervise, guide, and provide regular support to field staff and ensure effective delivery of project activities.

• Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, community institutions, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress, identify implementation gaps, and facilitate corrective actions.

• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate beneficiary and project data and ensure timely updating of MIS/digital platforms.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports,



field updates, case studies, success stories, and other project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs, quality standards, safeguarding requirements, and organizational policies.

• Identify field-level challenges, provide practical solutions, and contribute to review meetings, learning, and continuous improvement of the MIBL Project.

Requirements
Postgraduate in management or having BFSI exposure

Strong communication, interpersonal, community mobilization, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good project planning, field implementation, team supervision, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MIS, digital data-management tools, and basic data analysis.

Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and willingness to travel extensively for field-level project activities.
