Network and IPT Delivery Analyst - D&O; EMEA

Summary

The Network and IPT Delivery Analyst functions as the primary coordinator for network and security service delivery across the designated region. This role is critical for overseeing the precise, timely, and compliant execution of all deployments, changes, and migrations in accordance with Mars standards. Serving as the vital liaison between the Outsourcing Business (OB), Mars, and Local IT teams, the analyst ensures process consistency, transparent communication, accurate reporting, and a smooth transition into operational phases while upholding strict governance protocols. A specialized competency in IPT Voice and Anywhere Now (ANow) solutions is essential for this position.

Location: Gurugram & Mumbai
Responsibilities

• Assess and process new delivery requirements for the Mars ENS environment within the region, including the initiation of Service Request Tickets (SRTs) and maintaining uniformity across all submissions.

• Supervise the provision of network and security services, such as LAN and WLAN,



across Mars locations in collaboration with vendors, OB Business As Usual (BAU) teams, and project management units.

• Monitor the OB Project Manager responsible for maintaining the Mars BAU and project trackers, ensuring data accuracy and full visibility of project status.

• Guarantee that all delivery operations adhere to established change control procedures, meet quality benchmarks, and are finalized within agreed-upon timeframes.

• Manage deployment logistics and foster proactive, clear communication channels with all pertinent stakeholders.

• Verify that vendors and OB resources deliver exact and prompt updates regarding inventory, billing, weekly progress, documentation, and network schematics.
