Role Description The Sales Intern role at Giftority is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients,



assisting with outreach, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. Day-to-day activities include researching target companies, coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, and following up with leads under guidance from senior sales professionals. The role also involves participating in client calls or meetings, handling basic customer queries, and contributing to the preparation of presentations and sales materials. The Sales Intern will learn and apply Giftority’s offerings to recommend suitable solutions, while actively supporting ongoing sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Foundational Sales skills, including lead generation support and pipeline follow-up.
• Ability to assist with Training and Sales Management activities
