We are hiring Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics Experts for a remote contractor project developing scientific tasks and reference solutions to evaluate AI agents.

Engagement: Contractor; no medical benefits or paid leave
Start: Immediate
Compensation: USD 260 per approved task
AHT: Approximately 6–8 hours per task
Commitment: 40 hours/week with 4 hours of PST overlap daily
Location: Remote – India
Role
• Design realistic, multi-step bioinformatics and genomics tasks
• Prepare scientific datasets, task specifications, and expected outputs
• Develop Python reference solutions and reproducible workflows
• Create grading criteria and validate scientific accuracy
• Document deliverables and incorporate reviewer feedback
Requirements
• Ph.D., postdoctoral experience,
or equivalent research experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Computational Genetics, or a closely related field
• Solid hands-on Python programming skills
• Experience analyzing biological sequence or genomics datasets
• Comfortable working in Linux or command-line environments
• Experience with genomics tools and reproducible pipelines preferred
