About the RoleWe are looking for a Production & Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in a factory/manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate should be familiar with manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, cutting, pressing, and related shop-floor activities, along with project planning, inspection, documentation,



and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct inspections and prepare inspection, planning, and quality reports.
• Creating BOMs and Cost Sheets.
• Client co-ordination.
• Plan and coordinate projects from execution through delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prepare and maintain datapacks and quality documentation for end delivery.
• Monitor manufacturing activities and ensure adherence to required quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with the factory/shop-floor team to resolve quality and execution-related issues.
• Ensure project timelines, documentation, and deliverables are completed as planned.

Required Skills & Experience• B.E. / B.Tech. qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing/project/quality engineering.
