Responsibilities:

• Analyse data to pinpoint business issues, user needs, and current process inefficiencies.

• Formulate strategic solutions, design user journeys, and define business rules alongside edge cases and acceptance criteria.

• Author detailed product requirement documents and construct prototypes, utilising AI technologies to enhance efficiency.

• Manage the full product lifecycle, guiding initiatives from problem discovery through to implementation, user adoption, and iterative enhancement.

• Coordinate requirements gathering and dependency management to guarantee punctual delivery in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders.

• Oversee functional testing, user acceptance testing, final production approval, and the resolution of post-launch issues.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated product areas, facilitating communication, training, documentation,



and user adoption efforts.

• Champion prioritisation strategies, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure strict adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

• Education: BBA, MBA, or a related degree preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology
Consulting, or a related role.

• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and product thinking skills.

• Experience in writing clear PRDs and creating prototypes.

• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical constraints.

• Solid stakeholder management skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to drive execution and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
