Job Summary
The Sales Manager for the Cardiology Division will be an entrepreneurial and driven leader responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. This role involves direct sales, team management, building key opinion leader (KOL) relationships, and maintaining a high level of expertise in BTL's cardiac diagnostics portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for the Cardiology division to achieve or exceed annual sales and profitability targets.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to final contract conclusion and receivables control.

Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, motivate, coach,



and manage a high-performing team of Sales Representatives within the defined region.
• Provide continuous product training and sales technique coaching to ensure the team possesses expert product knowledge and effective selling skills.
• Set clear sales targets, monitor performance using key metrics (KPIs), and conduct regular performance reviews.

Customer & Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Build and maintain solid, long-lasting partnerships with key decision-makers, Cardiologists, Technicians, Hospital Administrators, and purchase departments.
• Act as the primary company representative, upholding BTL’s vision and mission in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical schools to organize and conduct educational events and product demonstrations.
• Ensure exceptional after-sales support in coordination with the service team to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
