SALES AGENT – HELVINO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED

Role Overview

As a Sales Agent at Helvino Technologies Limited, I am responsible for promoting the company’s digital software solutions, identifying potential clients, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including Chamas, churches, SACCOs, schools, NGOs, businesses, and other organizations.
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate current business opportunities.
• Explain Helvino’s software solutions and demonstrate how they can help organizations improve efficiency, management, accountability, and record keeping.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate Helvino solutions based on their operational challenges.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and physical visits.




• Build and maintain professional relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate with prospective clients and support the conversion of leads into paying customers.
• Work toward assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions to management.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Support customer onboarding by connecting new clients with the relevant technical and support teams.
• Conduct after-sales follow-ups to promote customer satisfaction, retention, referrals, and additional sales.
• Represent Helvino Technologies Limited professionally and promote the company’s brand and solutions in the field.
• Prepare regular sales and field reports highlighting achievements, opportunities, and challenges encountered.
