Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Rajpura Punjab. The Account Executive will manage day-to-day customer relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of client issues related to transport and logistics services. The role includes preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records,
coordinating with operations and dispatch teams, and monitoring shipment status for key accounts. The Account Executive will track performance metrics, support billing and documentation processes, and assist in preparing reports for management and clients. This position also involves identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, supporting business development activities, and contributing to long-term client retention in the pharmaceutical and cold chain logistics space.
Qualifications
