About The Role
The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks and other third-party arrangements, including regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies.
We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager to manage outsourcing oversight in India. You’ll be the key point of contact for our primary service provider and local vendors, ensuring contracts, SLAs, and governance meet Indian regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
• Owning and implementing the local third-party risk management policy and operating model
• Managing outsourcing relationships, ensuring compliance with RBI outsourcing guidelines and regulatory requirements in India
• Overseeing due diligence, risk assessments, and vendor monitoring for both intra-group and external providers
• Monitoring SLAs, downtime, subcontracting, patch management, and remediation plans to ensure service quality and operational resilienc
