The chance

As a Product Support Associate,



you will play a crucial role in supporting the portfolio of Clients & Industries (C&I;) and EY-wide technology solutions for the Product Strategy team. Your contributions will ensure that our solutions operate as designed and are of high quality. You will assist in the successful deployment of these solutions and manage incidents effectively. This role offers you the chance to work with a diverse team and make a significant impact on our digital engagement strategy.

Your key responsibilities

• Stay abreast of emerging data technology and trends, translating and applying these to business-centered solutions.

• Facilitate the support model and related services to ensure technology support issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

• Collaborate with Product Strategy, Product Activation, and Data Strategy teams from ideation through adoption.

• Present recommendations to stakeholders, including C&I;/
