Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Finance Support professional to join our finance team and

support business finance operations, reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate

should have a strong understanding of finance fundamentals, hands-on experience with

SAP FICO, and excellent MS Excel skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional

teams to deliver accurate financial reports, support planning activities, and

contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business finance operations and financial analytics.
• Prepare, review, and analyze Business Unit Profit Loss (PL) statements and

related financial reports.

• Perform month-end variance analysis and assist in financial reporting activities.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc financial analysis using MS Excel.
• Support SAP PL activities, budget uploads, and data validation.
• Coordinate with SAP and finance system teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Collaborate with finance, business development,



and operations teams to fulfill

reporting and data requirements.

• Maintain finance documentation, process notes, and audit-ready records.
• Support planning and forecasting activities.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and take on additional responsibilities

as business needs evolve.

Required Skills

• Robust understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of debit and credit concepts.
• Experience with journal entries.
• Good understanding of Profit Loss (PL) statements.
• Experience in business finance operations and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of variance analysis and budgeting processes.
• Hands-on working experience with SAP FICO.
• Exposure to budget uploads, financial data validation, and SAP finance processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to create dashboards and financial reports
