Role Overview
McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Project Management role based in India. You will be responsible for driving alignment through the innovative planning process, elevating the People Program Management capability, and supporting key Global People initiatives throughout the year. In addition to specific planning accountabilities, there will be opportunities to collaborate closely with the in-market Global People Strategy & planning team on ad-hoc projects to support the broader organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project and portfolio management.
The candidate is expected to reside in India.
Duties

Cross Team Collaboration & Partnerships:
• Serves as “go-to” resource and support for market on all things related to the People planning process
• Coordinate with the GP Strategy & Planning team to support the execution of long-term GP strategies, goals, and plans and ensure alignment with overall Global
People Segment business objectives
• Collaborates with Product Teams and GP Strategy & Planning team to build timelines for the entire People Portfolio including milestones, deadlines, and launches
Program Management:
• Accountable for effective coordination and on-time delivery of HR Program Management support activities
