Role
Summary

We
are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to own recent-logo acquisition
and pipeline growth across healthcare providers, payers, clinical research
organizations, and healthcare BPO buyers in North America. This is a




quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for a hunter who can navigate long,
compliance-sensitive sales cycles and build trusted relationships with clinical
operations, revenue-cycle, and patient-engagement stakeholders.

Key
Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation: build and manage a qualified pipeline of healthcare
prospects through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and inbound
lead conversion.

• Consultative selling: run a discovery-first sales process to diagnose client
pain points (patient access, quality assurance, compliance, staffing, patient
engagement) and map them to Flatworld's healthcare offerings.

• Solution design &
proposals: partner with
Solutions/Operations to scope engagements, build pricing, and produce
enterprise-grade proposals and SOWs.

• HIPAA & compliance
fluency: ensure every deal is framed
and structured for HIPAA compliance and other healthcare regulatory
requirements.
