JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform end-to-end Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation for private credit funds on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Maintain accurate accounting records for investment portfolios, including loan investments, interest accruals, fee calculations, realized and unrealized gains/losses,



and other fund transactions.

• Process and monitor capital calls, investor contributions, distributions, redemptions, and related investor allocations.

• Handle daily cash activities and notices on assigned funds.

• Prepare cash, Position and accrued interest reconciliation, Investigate and resolve breaks.

• Participate in annual audits, including preparation of Financial reports and responses to auditor queries.

• Understand the governing agreements between Alter Domus and the client.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage multiple client deliverables while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

YOUR PROFILE:

• 1-4 years of experience.

• High-performing accounting graduate.

• Knowledge of fixed income products like Syndicated Loans, Direct Lending Investments, Mezzanine Debt, CLOs
