We are seeking a highly capable Power BI Developer to join our Global Data Analytics & Reporting team. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who enjoys building high-quality reporting solutions, solving complex business problems, and working with large, enterprise-scale data models. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining reporting solutions that support business decision-making across the organisation. You will work independently on assigned dashboards and reporting initiatives while collaborating with other developers, the Senior Power BI Developer, and the wider Data & Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their technical expertise and progress into a future technical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development & Data Modelling

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.





• Build user-focused reporting experiences that support operational and strategic decision-making. • Develop and maintain semantic models to support scalable reporting.

• Create advanced DAX measures, calculations, KPIs, and business logic.

• Develop executive-level dashboards and management reporting solutions.

• Enhance existing reports and build recent reporting capabilities.

• Ensure reports are intuitive, performant, and aligned with business requirements. Security & Access Management

• Design and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS)

• Support the development of scalable security frameworks and access models.

• Help create secure and maintainable reporting solutions that deliver personalised reporting experiences to users.

• Assist in managing dashboard accessibility as reporting solutions continue to expand across the organisation.
