About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the management of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) across Transaction Banking Digital products, platforms, and client solutions, including Digital Payments, Cash Management, Client Connectivity, APIs, Digital Channels, and related technology-enabled banking capabilities.

Working under the guidance of senior NFR colleagues, the role partners with Product, Sales, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Digital Delivery, and Control Functions to provide practical risk support that enables secure, sustainable, and customer-focused outcomes.

At the Junior Associate Director level, the role supports the identification, assessment, monitoring, management,



and reporting of material non-financial risks across the end-to-end product, platform, and client lifecycle. The incumbent will contribute to strengthening the control environment, supporting digital transformation initiatives, product and platform changes, governance activities, and regulatory readiness, while escalating issues, incidents, and emerging risks through appropriate channels.
