Role OverviewDotts is looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Sales Cloud development and up-to-date Salesforce development practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions, writing clean code, and working collaboratively using Git-based version control.
Experience with Marketing Cloud is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities
• Customize and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Use Git and version control best practices for source code management
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing applications
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes
Requirements• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Git and version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and REST APIs
