- Working as a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) attached to SBI branches.
- Responsibilities involve "Soft Collection"calling customers politely, visiting them respectfully, and updating logs in SBOSS software.
- Cash collection is strictly prohibited.
- This is a dignified corporate relationship role with zero aggressive behaviour.
