Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain skilled and clear written communication.

- Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.

Eligibility
