We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Architect / Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise across Guidewire Configuration and Integration. The candidate should have extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale Guidewire implementations and providing technical architecture and solution leadership across multiple Guidewire projects.
Key Skills & Experience
- 15-16 years of overall technology experience with substantial Guidewire implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire Configuration and Integration.
- Strong experience in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
- BillingCenter experience is preferred/additional.
- Strong hands-on experience with Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Business Rules and Product Model.
- Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, batch processes and external-system integrations.
- Ability to define solution architecture,
integration architecture and technical design for complex Guidewire implementations.
- Experience across multiple end-to-end Guidewire implementation/transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of P&C; insurance processes and Guidewire best practices.
- Experience in technical leadership, design reviews, code reviews and mentoring development teams.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA and integration teams.
- Robust troubleshooting, problem-solving and production-support capabilities.
Ideal Profile: A senior Guidewire professional who can operate at the architecture/technical-lead level while remaining technically hands-on, particularly across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Configuration and Integration.
