HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Day Shift (9:30 to 6:30)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in recruitment
Salary: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives
Gender: Female Candidates Only.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of recruitment experience and be comfortable handling end-to-end hiring activities, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Candidates with experience in BPO, IT Recruitment, US IT Recruitment, Sales,

, Manufacturing, or related industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidates for relevant skills, experience, and communication.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Compensation & Growth

- First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- Salary revision from the 4th month will be performance-based, depending on performance during the first 3 months.
- Additional recruitment incentives based on performance.
