Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions for Group Management, Distribution Lists, and Branch Mailbox provisioning by modernizing existing META functionality and business rules into a PowerShell/Azure Automation-based solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate legacy META business rules into up-to-date automation workflows.
- Define solution design, automation framework, runbook architecture, and integration approach.
- Lead development of automated Group creation/deletion based on organizational structure changes.
- Lead development of automated Distribution List creation/deletion and membership management.
- Lead development of automated Branch Mailbox provisioning and permission assignment.
- Design reusable PowerShell modules, logging, exception handling, retry, and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with customer AD, Exchange, and platform teams for integration and testing.
- Lead technical testing, reconciliation, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Support deployment, cutover, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Experience
