About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Associate Dentists to join our growing team. This is a field-based role that combines your dental knowledge with customer consultation, engagement, and sales. You will meet customers, conduct smile consultations, perform 3D oral scans, explain clear aligner treatment options, and support customers throughout their smile transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers at designated locations for smile consultations.
- Perform 3D oral scans using company-provided technology.
- Explain clear aligner treatment plans, benefits, and procedures to customers.
- Educate customers and address their treatment-related queries.
- Guide customers through the treatment journey.
- Convert qualified leads into successful treatment enrollments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and performance targets.
- Travel extensively within the assigned city as required.
- Requirements:
- BDS degree is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in Dentistry, Healthcare, Sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Fresh BDS graduates with strong communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and consultative approach.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license – Mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
