Job Summary:
Biz International is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive project sales of Laminated Doors, Flush Doors and other door solutions across the Pune region. The candidate will be responsible for developing business with builders, developers, contractors, architects and project consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate current business opportunities through builders and construction projects.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors and architects.
3. Promote and sell Laminated Doors, Flush Doors and related products.
4.
Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects in Pune.
5. Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.
6. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and execution.
8. Track sales pipelines, project requirements and competitor activities.
9. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
10. Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
Preferred: Candidates with project sales experience in doors, plywood, building materials or construction products will be preferred.
