Role & responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project/property information.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location, and purchase intent.
- Maintain and update lead details, call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Work with LeadSquared or Salesforce CRM for lead management and tracking.
- Use calling/telephony tools such as Knowlarity for customer calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure timely communication with prospective customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and lead reports using MS Excel.




- Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and site-visit targets.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 1+ year of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Good convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Solid experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Hands-on knowledge of LeadSquared or Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of Knowlarity or other cloud-based calling/telephony tools.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
