1. QMS Implementation & Maintenance:
- Ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100/IATF standards and other relevant aerospace regulations.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and records related to the QMS.
- Facilitate internal and external audits, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Management Review & Reporting:
- Assist in organizing and documenting management review meetings.
- Prepare and present QMS performance reports to top management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality objectives.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
- Train and guide employees on QMS requirements and best practices.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for certification bodies, auditors, and customers on QMS-related matters.
- Ensure effective communication between departments regarding quality issues and updates.
- Risk Management:
- Support risk assessment activities and ensure mitigation plans are integrated into the QMS.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Management Representative, Quality Engineer, or similar role.
- Exposure to ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 standards.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred:
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, Lead Auditor).
- Hands-on experience with audit processes (internal/external).
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CAPA and other core quality tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QMS software/tools.
