Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage air cargo operations, including booking spaces, preparing documents, and coordinating shipments.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide quotations for air freight services.
- Prepare export documentation such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to customs authorities for clearance purposes.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in air & sea freight forwarding or related field (import/export).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.
- Robust knowledge of air cargo operations, export documentation, and international trade regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) is essential.
