Operations Head Job Title

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience managing manufacturing operations in a CNC machine tool company.

*Key Requirements: *

* BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; MBA/PGDM in Operations is an added advantage.

* 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing and operations, with mandatory experience in the CNC Machine Tool industry.

* Proven experience in overseeing Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, Assembly, Supply chain and Dispatch functions.

* Solid knowledge of production planning, capacity utilization, lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.

* Experience in driving on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination.

* Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and manufacturing KPIs.

* Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process optimization.

* Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations.

* Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
