- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using Active Directory, cloud servers, group policies, and Windows Server.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to system administration and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in IT processes and develop solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Develop documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 5-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid expertise in Active Directory, cloud server management (e.g., Azure), group policy configuration.
