Role & responsibilities

- Routine Inspections: Check structural components of telecom towers, antennas, feeder cables, and grounding systems for wear or weather damage.
- Power & Energy Checks: Inspect backup generators, battery banks, rectifiers, and HVAC cooling units at remote site shelters.
- Equipment Diagnostics: Run diagnostic tests on routers, switches, and radio frequency (RF) modules to catch minor performance drops early.
- Cleaning & Servicing: Explicit dust and debris from filters, tighten loose electrical connections, and lubricate mechanical parts.
- Documentation: Log all inspection results, parts replaced, and metric readings into a centralized maintenance tracking system.
