We are looking for candidates with strong experience in the design and development of CNC Turning Centres, Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs), or other machine tools.
*Key Requirements:*
* BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
* 15–20+ years of experience in machine design, with significant experience in the CNC Machine Tool industry.
* Mandatory experience in machine tool design and machine building.
* Robust proficiency in SolidWorks (preferred) and 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T; knowledge.
* Experience in concept design, DFMA, machine structure design, and design validation.
* Good knowledge of bought-out components, linear motion systems, spindles, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine assemblies.
* Experience in vendor development, technical discussions with customers, and cross-functional coordination.
* Proven leadership experience in managing a design team and driving new product development.
* Strong project management, documentation, and problem-solving skills
