Role & responsibilities

Handle UK customer calls related to printer queries and convert potential customers into sales.

Understand customer requirements, identify sales opportunities, and recommend suitable paid services.

Drive conversions through effective communication, objection handling, upselling, and closing.

Clearly explain service plans, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Follow up with potential customers where required to maximize conversions.

Achieve individual daily and monthly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Previous experience in Technical Sales / International Sales / UK Process preferred.

Experience handling printer-related calls will be a strong advantage.

Hands-on knowledge of TeamViewer and experience taking remote access of customers device is mandatory.

Strong sales closing and objection-handling skills.

Excellent spoken English with confidence in handling UK customers.

Candidates with experience converting technical/support calls into sales will be preferred.
