Job Responsibilities

- Develop and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Acquire current customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities for cement products.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Conduct regular market visits and support dealers/retailers in increasing sales.
- Plan and execute market development activities, promotions, and dealer engagement programs.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.

Mandatory Requirements

Own motorcycle

Valid Driving Licence

Willingness to travel extensively

Good communication and convincing skills
